1. Shipping Policy
We currently ship to all domestic locations within India. For international orders, additional shipping charges and customs duties may apply.
1.1 Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
1.2 Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: Free for orders over INR 499. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Cost is contigent upon the destination location. Estimated delivery time is 1-4 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of invoice generation based on your location and the shipping method selected.
1.3 Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
1.4 Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with delivery, such as delays or missing packages, please contact our team at Support within 2-4 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
2. Return Policy
You may return most items within 10 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, you must submit:
- the original receipt or proof of purchase
- a request by writing to us at Support and providing a reason for return.
2.2 Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our team at Support to request a return authorization or just email to us.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
2.3 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
2.4 Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and specify your exchange request. We will ship the new item once the returned item is received and processed.
2.5 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at Support with your order number and photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
